This is a list, gathered from
my own personal notes, of sources of information available on the subject
of Hypnosis. It is presented with the hope of being helpful to other explorers.

page that shows you how to use self-hypnosis to control weight, smoking,
concentration, memory, career, pain, sleep, confidence - anything that
depends on your own efforts. This web site contains a free text seminar
on self-hypnosis as well as a useful FAQ list on self-hypnosis. Books
and audio cassettes are also available from Mr. Henderson. The approach
in this material seems to aimed at the average consumer and avoids academic
hypnosis theory.

which includes articles on the subconscious, but is not just be limited
to hypnosis. The subscription fee has been removed, and it may be viewed
and/or downloaded as desired for later reading. Because of unexpected
problems with a computer firm involved with the first two issues, the
current URL site is slated to be discontinued. A new self-empowerment
journal is planned for sometime in early 1996 at another URL site, so
watch for future announcements.
